The MAI Leadership Center (MLC) is a dedicated space for leadership development, research, and conversation—offering programs, resources, and insights that translate directly into stronger teams and better decisions.

Launched in January 2024, the MLC is an extension of the work of Maulana Dr. Waffie Mohammed, and is geared to help persons build and hone their leadership capabilities to represent Allah in their way, and at their levels, in the best way possible.

Whether it's direct involvement in a community as an Imam, in a organization as an executive member, or defining and pursuing an agenda for progress as an individual activist or agitator, the MLC has materials and content to help you define your approach, enhance your impact, and thrive.
